Dr R Marika Scholarship Awarded

Vick Couzens, VACL Project Officer, recently won the Dr R Marika Conference Support Scholarship to attend an international Indigenous Languages Symposium in the USA in June, 2010.
The scholarship which is co-funded by AIATSIS & Reconciliation Australia is valued at $4000 and is aimed at assisting a researcher to gain international exposure for their research by supporting them to attend a major international conference.
